Role Overview:

We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator with a strong customer service orientation and a team-centric approach. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the dental industry and a dedication to ongoing professional development. Key responsibilities include guiding patients through their treatment plans, explaining insurance benefits, and ensuring they are prepared for their dental visits.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Thursday
  • One Saturday per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive and supportive environment for both staff and patients
  • Collaborate with dental professionals to provide accurate treatment plans and financial estimates
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments effectively
  • Engage in consistent follow-up with patients for ongoing treatment plans
  • Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and care
  • Handle administrative tasks related to treatment coordination, including documentation and patient communication
  • Adhere to strict privacy and compliance standards

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with preference given to candidates with dental office experience
  • Proficiency in dental software, with Dentrix experience a plus
  • Knowledge of various dental insurance plan types
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage stress and maintain professionalism under pressure
