Role Overview:
We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator with a strong customer service orientation and a team-centric approach. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the dental industry and a dedication to ongoing professional development. Key responsibilities include guiding patients through their treatment plans, explaining insurance benefits, and ensuring they are prepared for their dental visits.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time position, Monday to Thursday
- One Saturday per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for both staff and patients
- Collaborate with dental professionals to provide accurate treatment plans and financial estimates
- Schedule and manage patient appointments effectively
- Engage in consistent follow-up with patients for ongoing treatment plans
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and care
- Handle administrative tasks related to treatment coordination, including documentation and patient communication
- Adhere to strict privacy and compliance standards
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with preference given to candidates with dental office experience
- Proficiency in dental software, with Dentrix experience a plus
- Knowledge of various dental insurance plan types
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage stress and maintain professionalism under pressure
